Consists of two letters, one written by each of the Rice brothers. John Holt Rice wrote to the Philadelphia bookseller William Woodward in 1803, discussing several matters relating to their business dealings; Benjamin Rice wrote to his daughter Kate in 1848 on the subject of the family's imminent move to Princeton.
